Had this at a potluck I attended and the host was gracious enough to get me the recipe.
Ingredients:
15 1/4 ounces corn (drained)
14 3/4 ounces creamed corn
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 egg (slightly beaten)
8 1/2 ounces jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Place in a rectangle baking dish.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
