Ingredients:
150 ml oil
2 cups corn, mashed
salt
1/2 cup yogurt
3 green chilies, chopped
black pepper
6 slices bread, cut into 2 halves each
2 tablespoons cilantro
Directions:
1. Put oil in a pan.
2. Add corn, salt, curd, cilantro, green chillies and pepper.
3. Cook for 5-10 minutes on medium-low heat.
4. Fry 6 bread slices till light brown.
5. Put the above mixture on bread once its cooked and serve immediately.
