low fat version good with anything! love it! and freezes well too.
Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour, whole grain
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup splenda granular
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
4 egg whites
1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
Directions:
1. combine dry. mix together milk, egg and sauce. Beat all 1 minute. Bake 425F about 20 minutes. Tends to bake fast because of subs.
