this was my grandmother in laws recipe
Ingredients:
8oz sour cream
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 can (drained) whole corn
1 can cream style corn
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
Directions:
1. Melt butter
2. Best eggs
3. Add beaten eggs to butter
4. Mix together corns add sour cream
5. Mix Jiffy Mix
6. Mix well
7. Pour into a small baking dish
8. Cook for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until golden brown
