I like to serve this recipe with fajitas or burritos or any other mexican dish. It is really easy and tastes really good.
Ingredients:
16 ounces corn (frozen, fresh or canned)
1 (6 ounce) can green chili peppers
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt, to taste
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon basil
Directions:
1. Saute pepper and garlic until browned.
2. Add chile, spices, butter and corn.
3. Heat through and serve.
