Corn Grits Cereal

This comes from the Bob's Red Mill corn grits package.
Ingredients:
1 cup yellow corn grits
3 cups water (can use milk if desired)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Bring water (or milk) and salt to a boil.
2. Add corn grits and reduce heat.
3. Cook slowly for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for a couple of minutes before serving.
5. Feel free to add butter, brown sugar, honey, etc.
