Corn Flake Crusted French Toast

We had french toast similar to these at an amazing bed and breakfast and worked to recreate it at home. They came out even better! This french toast is sweet with a nice crunch on the outside. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 cups corn flakes- crushed
1 tsp raw sugar
4-5 slices of thick bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs butter
Directions:
1. Beat 2 eggs with milk in wide shallow bowl
2. mix in cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla
3. Crush corn flakes onto a sepate plate
4. mix raw sugar into crushed corn flakes
5. Melt 1 tbs of butter in skillet over medium heat
6. Dunk one slice of bread into egg mixture to coat then place gently on cornflake mixture and coat
7. Place in skillet
8. Repeat for remaining slices of bread
9. Cook in skillet for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Adding more butter to skillet as needed
10. Serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar
