Just like the fair. Ingredients:
1 cup pancake mix |
1 tablespoon sugar |
10 hot dogs |
1 tablespoon cornmeal |
2/3 cup water |
Directions:
1. Combine water & dry ingredients.
2. Dip weiners in batter.
3. Drop into 375F hot shortening.
4. Fry until golden brown & drain on a paper towel.
