This stuff if so good I have to make myself stop eating eat. Really easy and great for parties.
Ingredients:
2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn
1 (12 ounce) can rotel, i like hot rotel, but you can use what ever meets your taste
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch green onion
Directions:
1. Drain mexicorn and rotel.
2. slice green onions.
3. mix all ingredients together.
4. chill for at least 4 hours.
5. serve with torilla chips or Fritos.
