This recipe comes from my sister
Ingredients:
1 onion
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 can whole corn, w/juice (no salt added)
1 can creamed corn (no salt added)
1 package jiffy cornbread mix
8 ounces sour cream
Directions:
1. Saute onions in oleo.
2. Add corn, Jiffy mix and sour cream.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or the edges begin to brown.
