Corn Bread, Whole Wheat

Same recipe, but substituting whole wheat flour for white flour.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup low-fat milk, 1
1/2 large egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spray a bread pan lightly with cooking spray
3. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
4. Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl.
5. Combine wet and dry ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
6. Pour into sprayed bread pan.
7. Place on top rack of oven.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top edges are golden brown.
