Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed or 4 ears fresh corn
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1 ounce italian salad dressing mix
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup lime juice
Directions:
1. MIX all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Refrigerate.
