Ingredients:
10 ounce(s) frozen roasted corn
1 can(s) black eye peas drained
2 whole(s) tomatoes
2 whole(s) avocado
1 bunch(es) green onions
1 teaspoon(s) fresh cilantro to taste
1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
1/4 cup(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) cumin
1 clove(s) minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 cup(s) lime juice to taste
Directions:
