Ingredients:
4 whole(s) ears of corn, shucked
1 whole(s) sliced avocado
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon(s) evoo
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium-high. Grill shucked ears of corn, rotating often, until lightly charred, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Carefully cut kernels from cob. Gently toss with sliced avocado, cilantro, lime juice and EVOO. Sprinkle with salt.
