Ingredients:
3 cups corn
1 red pepper, diced
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Saute red pepper in olive oil about 5min. Then place everything in a food processor and mix until well blended.
2. Add everything to the stock pot and cook until heated through.
