Corn salad has become very popular for last years. It is very easy to make, will bring pleasure to you and your kids as well.
Ingredients:
8 1/2 ounces canned sweet corn
8 1/2 ounces imitation crab sticks
5 hard-boiled eggs
7 ounces mayonnaise
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Chop boiled eggs and crab sticks.
2. Add corn and salt.
3. Stir mayonnaise into the salad.
4. Mix the salad and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
