These look really easy and fast to make.
Ingredients:
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup creamed corn
1 cup grated cheese
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped (2 rashers bacon)
Directions:
1. Make egg up to 3/4 cup with water.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
3. Spoon into prepared muffin pans and bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.
