Ground turkey breast and oatmeal make this a lowfat high fiber alternative to regular meat loaf. The tomato sauce helps add flavor and keep the meat moist. It can be substituted with catsup.
Ingredients:
20 ounces ground turkey breast
2/3 cup rolled oats (regular or quick)
4 ounces canned tomato sauce
1 1/4 ounces onion soup mix
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup catsup
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients together besides catsup.
3. Place in greased loaf pan.
4. Bake for 45 minutes.
