Coquito (rum And Coconut Punch)

Puerto Rican drink towards the holidays!
Ingredients:
2 c coconut milk
3/4-1 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg yolk
2 c white puerto rican rum or 1 1/2 c rum, 1/4 c brandy
Directions:
1. Put the sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg yolk and 1/2 c of the coconut milk in a blender. Process until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the rest of the coconut milk and blend
3. With the machine running- on high if it is a blender-, add the rum gradually and process for at least one more min.
4. Bottle and chill before serving in glasses, dusted with cinnamon.
5. NOTE: You can use 2 C commercial pure coconut milk (not cream) instead of fresh coconut milk.
