Ingredients:
1 -1/2 oz. gin
1 oz. apple cider (i prefer scrumpy's)
1 oz. organic cranberry juice
1/4 cup diced cucumber
3 mint leaves
cucumber wheel
Directions:
1. Muddle the diced cucumber and mint in the bottom of a shaker glass. Add ice, gin, cider and cranberry juice. Shake and strain in a tall glass filed with crushed ice. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
