A must at every summer barbecue! Prep time includes marinating and refrigerator time.
Ingredients:
1 -2 large cucumber
1 medium onion
water
salt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
dill
pepper
Directions:
1. Soak cucumbers (sliced) and onions (sliced) in salted water for 2 hours.
2. Drain.
3. Add mayo, milk and seasonings.
4. Let sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour and serve.
