Ingredients:

  • 3- 6- oz packages white chocolate baking squares
  • 1/8 - tsp salt
  • 3 - cups (about 20 cookies ) coarsely crushed of your choice ( oreos or chocolate chip are good choices)
  • nuts chopped optional

Directions:

  1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt white chocolate squares, condensed milk and salt.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in cookies.( and nuts ) if using them
  3. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
  4. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into 1-inch squares.
  6. Store tightly covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
