A very tasty salad dressing like Miracle Whip. The servings are in tablespoons with 15 calories to a tablespoon. You can thin the dressing with low fat milk or you can add other ingredients to make a salad dressing.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons splenda
4 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup white vinegar
Directions:
1. Whip all the ingredients together.
2. Cook on half power about 8 minutes in the microwave. Stop every 3 minutes to stir.
3. When finished it should be thick and smooth.
4. Whip to make sure it is smooth
