Congealed Ambrosia Salad

Great for any holiday or everyday. No cook time (except to boil water).
Ingredients:
1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
3 oranges, peeled and cut into sections, sections halved
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple undrained
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water; chill until mixture begins to thicken.
2. Fold in remaining ingredients; blend well.
3. Pour into a 13x9x2-inch pan; chill until firm.
4. Congealed ambrosia salad serves 10.
