Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
1 (10 ounce) frozen peas (thawed)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
3/4 cup green onion (chopped)
8 ounces corn (drained)
1/2 dried cranberries
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine potatoes, peas, red bell pepper, onions, corn and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
