Confetti Crab Salad (South Beach) Phase 1

Received this from a friend. It is from SB Diet Book but I believe she altered it a bit.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 lb lump crabmeat or 1 lb imitation crabmeat
1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup chives
1/4 cup parsley
salt
pepper
8 cups salad greens
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard. Fold in crabmeat, peppers, chives, parsley, salt and pepper.
2. Divide salad greens among 4 bowls and top with crab mixture.
