Confetti Bean Salad

An easy favorite to take to picnics and holiday parties.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (or red wine vinegar)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Combine veggies, beans and garlic in a large bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well.
3. Pour jar contents over bean mixture.
4. Toss to coat.
5. Cover and refrigerate over night.
