Kebab is a wide variety of skewered meals originating in the Middle East[citation needed] and later on adopted in Balkans, the Caucasus other parts of Europe, as well as Central and South Asia, that are now found worldwide.
Ingredients:
boneless chicken or chicken mince – 1kg
mutton fats 160gms or ghee 160gms
fresh onion 800gms
green chilies 40gms
garlic paste 40gms
ginger paste 40gms
red chilli powder – 10gms
crushed red chili 10gms
salt – 10gms or to taste
monosodiam glutamate 9gms
garam masala powder 10gms
crushed cumin seeds 10gms
dried coriander crushed seeds 10gms
yellow food color 05gms
fresh coriander – 1 bunch thinly chopped
Directions:
1. Gently mince onions, wash deeply and dry. Take mince add all spices, add onions & egg well mix, mince again add Fresh corianders leave for half an hour. Then skew on skewers and cook little bit on direct fire to settle down kebab shapes. When done apply oil with brush, lemon and serve with mint sauce & Naan.
