Colourful Omelets

Ingredients:
1/4 cup gram flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup moong flour
1 grated carrot
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/2 beetroot, grated
1 bunch spring onion, finely chopped
3 green chilies, crushed finely
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
salt
oil (to shallow fry)
Directions:
1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients.
2. Add enough water to make batter.
3. Spread a big spoonful thickly on a hot dosa or non-stick tawa.
4. Sprinkle a teaspoons.
5. Of oil over it.
6. Flip over, roast the other side.
7. Cool.
8. Add ketchup if desired.
