Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 cups biscuit mix
1 cup milk
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and millk together.
2. Add biscuit mix and corn, mixing until blended.
3. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.
4. Cook both sides to a light brown.
