Coleslaw - for Low-Carb Diets

For Atkins (low-carb) dieters, this slaw is for you! Under 3 net carbs (carbs less fiber) per 1/2 cup serving. A nice change from all those salads.
Ingredients:
1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar substitute, for recipes
6 cups thinly shredded green cabbage (420 grams)
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon no-salt salt substitute or 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. NOTE: You may substitute 1/2 cup cream and 2 tbs mayo for the 1/2-3/4 cups mayo.
2. Thinly slice cabbage with knife.
3. Cut shreds into 1-inch pieces.
4. Put in bowl.
5. Add all other ingredients and stir to mix well.
6. Chill; stir before serving.
