Directions:

  1. Crush celery seeds with a mortar & pestle.
  2. In the serving bowl, combine the celery seeds with the remaining ingredients. Whisk to blend well.
  3. Taste and adjust flavour to taste.
  4. Add your slaw veggies and stir well.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
