Replace tomato with diced kosher dill pickle which is great, add both or leave out, all ways are delicious.
Ingredients:
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded (or1 bag)
1 medium onion, grated
2 stalks celery, diced
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
Directions:
1. Stir shredded cabbage, onion, celery, celery seed, salt, mayonnaise, and tomato together.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
