Cold Yellow Tomato and Orange Soup With Thai Basil

Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs yellow tomatoes (about 4)
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
1 pinch cayenne
2 tablespoons sour cream
8 leaves fresh thai basil, finely chopped
Directions:
1. In a food processor, puree tomatoes, orange juice, olive oil, salt to taste and cayenne pepper.
2. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 6 hours.
3. Serve garnish with sour cream and basil.
