A soothing herbal tea that will soothe a sore throat. Adapted from Delicious Living.
Ingredients:
4 cups pure water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried chamomile
1 tablespoon dried peppermint
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
2. Strain into a large glass jar.
3. Drink 1 cup (hot) every few hours.
