I was craving something cold and yummy and this is what I came up with. Lovely.
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen)
2 cups nonfat vanilla soymilk
3 tablespoons sugar-free mocha instant coffee
Directions:
1. Chunk up the frozen banana into your blender.
2. Add the soymilk and the mocha.
3. Whir until the banana is smooth.
4. Serve cold.
