Colby Hash Browns Casserole

So good! Very simple to do, and they are better the day after too!!! Try em! Ready in 1 hour or less.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted, divided
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1 (30 ounce) package country-style frozen hash brown potatoes
8 ounces shredded colby cheese
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, broth, 1 tablespoon butter, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Stir in hash browns.
3. Heat remaining butter in a large nonstick skillet.
4. Add hash brown mixture.
5. Cook and stir over medium heat until potatoes are heated through.
6. Stir in cheese.
7. Transfer to a greased shallow 2 quart baking dish.
8. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
