Coffee Milkshake Just put this together the other night. Great dessert and HEALTHY :) I haven't tried it with the banana, but I thought that sounded good too.
Ingredients:
2 cups coffee
1/2-3/4 cup soymilk lite
20 g chocolate protein powder
1/2 banana (optional)
1 -2 g artificial sweetener
Directions:
1. freeze coffee in ice cube tray.
2. mix frozen coffee and remaining ingredients.
3. (I added a tiny bit of water to make a bigger serving).
4. enjoy.
