Just like my original, but holds together well. Less seperation-a huge problem when making coffee blends.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup brewed cold very strong coffee
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon sugar substitute
1 teaspoon instant pudding mix (any variety)
2 cups crushed ice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, or a container for a rotary blade.which is what I use and prefer!
2. Pour into a very large glass.
