Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp hot water
  • 2 (2 oz) envelopes choco-bake
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups powdered sugar , sifted

Directions:

  1. Combine the cream cheese, hot water, coffee and Choco-Bake blending well. Add salt and the powdered sugar gradually and whip till light and fluffy. Fills and frosts two 8 inch cake layers or one 9x13 inch cake.
