Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3/4 cup nonfat milk
2 egg whites
1/8 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
