Coffee and Cocoa - Mocha Biscuits

Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter
1 teaspoon instant coffee
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
5 ounces sugar
2 ounces cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar together really well in a bowl.
2. Sift dry ingredients together in another bowl.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients
4. Add 2 tbsp warm coffee.
5. Knead well and then form into balls.
6. Bake in a moderate oven.
7. Remove from oven.
8. Allow to cool completely before serving.
