~Valentine's Day is coming soon~ Just a little something to make that someone feel a little special!
Ingredients:
2 pounds of plain yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups frozen peach slices,thawed
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
1(3oz) cream cheese,softened
1/4 cup raspberry jelly
Directions:
1. Place a strainer over a bowl,layered with double thickness of cheesecloth.
2. Mix the yogurt with the sugar and almond extract.
3. Spoon into the strainer,cover with cheescloth.
4. Let the yogurt drain in refrigerator overnight.
5. Line 4~1/2 Cup capacity ~Heart Molds~ with rinsed cheesecloth.
6. Divide the yogurt cheese into the 4 heart molds,smooth top.
7. Refrigerate the hearts for about 2 hours.
8. Very gently,unmold them onto your very best dessert plates.
9. In blender combine thawed peach slices,marshmallow creme,cream cheese,blend will.
10. Spoon sauce around unmolded hearts.
11. Melt raspberry jelly,drop in different spots over the sauce,then with toothpick,swirl,to marble.
12. ~Serve~
