Very rich and creamy sauce over cod. Elegant and easy to make.
Ingredients:
8 -10 ounces cod fish fillets
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In a non-stick skillet combine butter, cream and garlic salt on med/high to high heat.
2. Add cod fillet and cook until flaky turning once.
3. Plate Cod on warmed plate and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
