Coconutty Brunch Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 cup flaked coconut
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tbs milk
2 packages (7.5 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 tbs granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl, combine coconut, brown sugar, nuts, butter and milk; mix well. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan.
3. Separate biscuits; arrange in single layer over coconut mixture. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle with biscuits.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
