Ingredients:
1 sweetened flaked coconut
3 cups quick oats
8 scoops whey protein powder (any flavor)
2 cups skim milk
1 fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients (except coconut) together in a bowl.
2. Spread half of mixture evenly in bottom of pan.
3. Add layer of coconut.
4. Spread 2nd half of mixture over coconut layer.
5. Place in fridge overnight and cut into 8 individual squares.
