Coconut Pound Cake

This pretty cake is easy to make. Nice with ice cream or fresh berries.
Ingredients:
3/4c butter,softened
4 oz. cream cheese,softened
11/2c sugar
3 eggs
3/4tsp vanillla
11/2c flour
1/2c flaked coconut
confectioners' sugar and additional coconut,optional
Directions:
1. In large bowi,cream the butter,cream cheese and sugar till light and fluffy,about 5 mins. Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Beat in flour just till combined;fold in coconut.
2. Coat an 8 fluted tube pan with cooking spray;dust with flour. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 325 for 55-60 mins. or till toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 mins in pan before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and additional coconut if desired.
