Another great delight that we love well. It came from an estate sale several years ago and from the first time I made it I have always gotten rave reviews. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 stick margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 can coconut
2 unbaked pie shells
Directions:
1. Mix together margarine, sugar and eggs.
2. Add vanilla, undrained pineapple and coconut.
3. Pour into two unbaked pie shells.
4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
