Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can cream of coconut
1/3 large ripe pineapple, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and frappé until smooth.
