Quick and easy. This is a lighter color than the kind you can buy at the store but it tastes very similar.
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine egg whites and cream off tartar. Beat until stiff.
2. Add brown suger and beat until smooth.
3. Stir in cooconut and pecans.
4. Ready to use.
